Sustainability as a Driver of Economic Success
Table of contents
Our industry is characterized by strong competition and high innovation speed. We are aware that long-term corporate success and sustainable economic performance are only possible by achieving a high quality standard. We rely on a constructive climate that enables self-responsible and result-oriented performance.
G1 | Corporate policy
Flat hierarchies are a lived practice for us. They make us agile and give everyone the opportunity to take responsibility and be involved in decisions early. This creates spaces where individual strengths become visible and motivation can grow.
This is accompanied by our ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 27017 certified management handbook, in which we have defined our standards for quality, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and information security. Additionally, we have been certified according to ISO 14001 this year and have a corresponding environmental management system.
Sustainability is a top management priority for us. Since the company's founding, it has been a major concern to exemplify and drive sustainability in all areas, because: It is part of our corporate philosophy to design IT sustainably. This philosophy extends across all areas of our work. Therefore, it is of great importance to our CEO Martin Hörhammer to implement and live sustainable actions anew every day.
In the coming years, these activities are to be further intensified.
To standardize and further develop our measures, a specialist department for Sustainability & Social Affairs has been established for the entire group this year. The department coordinates all group-wide activities in the areas of environment, social issues, and governance. It reports directly to the management and works closely with the specialist departments and sustainability managers of the individual companies.
The department is responsible for implementing the ESRS standards, creating this report, and further developing our sustainability strategy.

Our Sustainability Stories
Our colleagues at CYBERDYNE have already planted over 3,000 seedlings in the past three years. The annual team event not only supports reforestation, but also fosters a genuine sense of community.
More infoTwice a year, our employees have the opportunity to submit projects that are close to their hearts. Thanks to Marie's commitment, we were able to provide food for around 150 animals at the Birkenhof farm run by the Frankfurt Animal Welfare Association.
More infoWe have been working closely with the Rhineland-Palatinate State Hunting Association on various animal and species conservation projects since 2021. One of these projects involves the use of thermal imaging drones to prevent mowing losses. Fawn rescue shows how modern technology can provide direct assistance for animal welfare and is therefore particularly important to us.
More infoTwice a year, our employees have the opportunity to submit their own heart projects. Thanks to Denys' commitment, we were able to procure new training equipment for the athletes of Sportgemeinde Weilimdorf e.V.
