We see ourselves as an Impact Business, because we develop the digital transformation of our customers. We create the digital infrastructure of tomorrow.
Sustainability is not only important within our companies, but our positive impact on sustainability becomes particularly clear in our services for our customers. With our services, we improve the eco and social balance of our customers day by day and very concretely. By implementing the latest digital technologies, we create cascading effects that influence our direct environment in various ways. Modern products and infrastructures lead to more efficiency, faster and more effective work, and prevent excessive consumption of things like fuel and travel costs. At the same time, the development of customized IT solutions leads to higher product quality and prevents inefficiencies and loss of working time.
Sustainability in the product
Computing power that our customers obtain through our green data centers automatically leads to a better ecological balance in energy consumption for our customers, as parts or even their entire IT run on renewable energy. Even more significant is the migration of IT infrastructure from physical to digital data centers, which we enable for our customers. By transitioning to virtual machines, we not only save our customers physical server space but also the associated energy and financial resources and the resulting emissions.

Philosophy & Shipping
A large portion of the products and services we offer our customers are Made in Europe – this reduces transport emissions and strengthens regional value creation. We pay attention to needs-based procurement and bundle orders to minimize packaging and transport effort.
When selecting our partners and manufacturers, we ensure compliance with our minimum sustainability requirements. Together with them, we drive the transition towards sustainable IT hardware. They further develop their products in the interest of sustainability, which we in turn incorporate into our portfolio and pass on to our customers.
This applies not only to the products themselves but also plays a role in their shipping. Hardware is always sent directly from our suppliers to our customers and is only sent to us if absolutely necessary. We ensure that hardware is shipped in as few shipments as possible, thereby reducing both emissions and packaging waste. It is also delivered in the packaging of our manufacturers and not repackaged to reduce packaging waste. Moreover, our partner DELL, for example, places great emphasis on environmentally friendly packaging. A large part of their packaging, which is also sent to our customers, consists of recycled or regenerative materials. Through our partnership, we thus promote the sustainability of our supply chain.

Our Sustainability Stories
Our colleagues at CYBERDYNE have already planted over 3,000 seedlings in the past three years. The annual team event not only supports reforestation, but also fosters a genuine sense of community.

Twice a year, our employees have the opportunity to submit projects that are close to their hearts. Thanks to Marie's commitment, we were able to provide food for around 150 animals at the Birkenhof farm run by the Frankfurt Animal Welfare Association.

We have been working closely with the Rhineland-Palatinate State Hunting Association on various animal and species conservation projects since 2021. One of these projects involves the use of thermal imaging drones to prevent mowing losses. Fawn rescue shows how modern technology can provide direct assistance for animal welfare and is therefore particularly important to us.

Twice a year, our employees have the opportunity to submit their own heart projects. Thanks to Denys' commitment, we were able to procure new training equipment for the athletes of Sportgemeinde Weilimdorf e.V.
